The body education many women never received.

You have lived in your body every day of your life.

It has carried you through childhood, puberty, love, heartbreak, pleasure, pregnancy, birth, healing, and becoming.

And yet, for many of us, no one ever taught us how to truly know it.

We learned about reproduction.

We learned what could go wrong.

We learned how to prevent pregnancy.

Many of us learned shame.

Many of us learned disconnection.

But very few of us were taught how to build a relationship with the body we live in every single day.

Many women have never even seen their own vulva.

Many don’t know the names of their anatomy.

Most were never taught how their nervous system shapes pleasure, desire, safety, or intimacy.

We cannot care for what we do not know.

SOMA was created to begin changing that.

YOUR BODY HAS BEEN LEARNING

YOUR ENTIRE LIFE.

Every experience you’ve lived has shaped the relationship you have with your body today.

The way you respond to touch.

The way you protect yourself.

The way you long to be seen.

Pregnancy.

Birth.

Pleasure.

Pain.

Pelvic exams.

The comments made about your body.

The moments your body wasn’t listened to.

Your nervous system remembers.

Not because your body is broken.

Because your nervous system has always been adapting

SOMA is where a new relationship with your body begins.

Not through fixing yourself.

Through understanding your body.

Through compassion.

Through relationship.

The body you’ve lived in your entire life deserves to feel like home.

Inside SOMA

Each gathering builds upon the last, weaving together education, embodied practice, conversation, and reflection. Together, we’ll cultivate a relationship with your body rooted in curiosity, understanding, and trust.

COMING HOME

Everything begins here.

Before we explore anatomy, pleasure, desire, or intimacy, we begin by learning the language of your own nervous system.

Through breath, somatic practice, and gentle awareness, you’ll begin creating a foundation of safety from which everything else unfolds.

Because a body that feels safe is a body that can listen.

A body that can receive.

A body that can soften.

A body that can connect.

THE ART OF CONSENT

Every meaningful relationship begins with consent.

Most of us were taught that consent is something we give another person.

But what if it also became the way you relate to yourself?

In this gathering, you’ll be introduced to the Wheel of Consent®—a framework that transforms the way we understand giving, receiving, taking, allowing, boundaries, desire, and choice.

You’ll begin noticing where your “yes” comes from, where your “no” has been silenced, and how authentic consent creates the foundation for intimacy, connection, and self-trust.

Because the relationship you have with your own body teaches every other relationship in your life.

MEETING YOUR BODY

You cannot know what you’ve never been taught.

Most women were never taught the anatomy of their own bodies.

In this gathering, you’ll explore the anatomy of the vulva, clitoris, pelvis, and nervous system—not through shame or clinical language, but through curiosity, reverence, and understanding.

Through guided external vulva mapping, you’ll begin replacing uncertainty with familiarity and observation with relationship.

Because we cannot care for what we do not know.
