THE exhale

A spring retreat for women

MAY 8-10, 2026

What to Expect

THE EXHALE is a weekend devoted to easing out of the everyday and into a slower, more spacious rhythm.

Days unfold through movement, warmth, beauty, and thoughtful care — with time to settle in, be nourished, and reconnect to yourself in a grounded, embodied way.

This is primarily an overnight retreat, with a limited Saturday day option available.

Full details and pricing are shared below.

❋ Intentional Flow

We move through the weekend with an easy, thoughtful rhythm — guided yoga, time outdoors, sensory experiences, shared meals, and generous space in between.

Nothing is rushed or overfilled. You’ll feel supported and oriented, while still having the freedom to rest, wander, and listen to what your body is asking for.

❋ Shared Connection

Connection unfolds naturally here. You’re welcome to be social or quiet, curious or contemplative — and you’ll belong either way. There’s no expectation to perform, share, or participate beyond what feels genuine. Just space to be yourself, and to let connection happen in its own time.

❋ Thoughtful Guidance

Each session is offered with care and clarity — grounded, accessible, and attuned to the body. Movement is guided, not pushed. You’ll be invited to explore at your own pace, with plenty of permission to modify, pause, or rest. This is not about performing or getting it right — it’s about coming back into relationship with yourself, in a way that feels steady and supportive.

❋ A Supportive Atmosphere

An environment designed to feel both grounding and easeful. You’re welcome to arrive exactly as you are — tired, full, open, quiet, tender, curious. There is space here to settle in, be cared for, and feel held without needing to explain yourself.

Clear ocean water with sunlight reflections creating wave patterns.
A green, textured ceramic vase with a narrow opening, containing dried brown flowers, sits on a white surface. A semi-circle arrangement of playing cards with a red circle in the center surrounds the vase.
Reconnect with your body and mind as you escape the noise of everyday life.
A white Mediterranean-style house with a tiled roof, surrounded by palm trees and desert plants, with a paved walkway leading to the entrance with potted plants and a sign that says 'Hacienda House'.

About Your Guide

Hi — I’m Megan.

I’ve spent the past decade supporting women through seasons of growth, transition, and motherhood — helping them return home to themselves through yoga, ritual, somatic work, and community.

What I love most is creating spaces that feel warm and deeply human — spaces where your nervous system can soften, your body is trusted, and you’re invited to move at your own pace.

This retreat is an extension of my own life practice:

slowing down, tending to what matters, listening inward, and remembering that we don’t have to hold everything alone.

My hope is that the experience doesn’t end when the weekend does.

That what we practice here — a softer pace, deeper breath, and space to listen inward — becomes something you can return to when life starts moving fast again.

A gentle reminder that you don’t have to rush through your life.

I’m so honored to host you.

With love,

Megan

  • “This retreat feels like a gift — a place where women are seen, welcomed, and invited home to themselves. Your ability to hold shared space with such tenderness and clarity is something really unique.”

Where WE’ll Be

Aerial view of a luxurious Mediterranean-style estate with white stucco walls, red tile roofs, and a large swimming pool surrounded by lounge chairs. The estate is set amidst lush green trees, palm trees, and rolling hills with vineyards and farmland in the background.

Thoughtfully crafted to elevate what matters most.

We’ll gather at The Hacienda House, a private estate tucked into the quiet hills of Corral de Tierra — surrounded by vineyards, oak trees, and open sky.

It feels peaceful here.

Soft mornings. Golden light. Evenings that stretch out slowly, where conversations linger and time moves differently.

Cozy corners for tea, sun-warmed patios for resting, and wide open views that invite your body to exhale. A pool, sauna, and hot tub are available if you feel called to soak and unwind.

This space holds us gently — so you don’t have to work so hard to “relax.”

Just arrive, and let your nervous system begin to settle.

Additional Lodging (Opens If/When Needed)

Our main retreat home — The Hacienda House — is where we’ll gather, eat, move, and spend most of our time together. We’ll fill rooms in the Hacienda first.

If the retreat fills and there is still interest, we may open a nearby second home — The Vineyard House — just a short walk away. It’s cozy, peaceful, and offers a little extra privacy, while you still participate fully in every meal, class, and circle.

The Vineyard House can comfortably sleep up to 6 additional guests.

Bedroom layout:

• One bedroom with two twin beds

If additional lodging becomes available, we’ll place guests thoughtfully so everything still feels connected and easeful.
