THE exhale:

A spring retreat for women — movement, beauty, and breathing room.

MAY 8-10, 2026

What to Expect

THE EXHALE is designed to offer a true break from everyday life — with movement, beauty, meaningful conversation, and room to breathe. Nothing is rushed. Just a simple rhythm of yoga, connection, nourishing food, and spacious time for yourself.

❋ Intentional Flow

We move through the weekend with intention — a gentle rhythm of yoga, guided experiences, and open pockets of spacious rest. The pace is soft and nourishing, never rushed, never over-scheduled. You’ll always feel held and oriented, while still having the freedom to listen deeply to your body and follow what it needs.

❋ Shared Connection

Connection unfolds naturally here. You can be social, quiet, curious, tender, or reflective — and you still belong. You’re invited to show up exactly as you are, and to let relationships form in their own timing, without pressure or expectation.

❋ Thoughtful Guidance

Each session is guided with deep care, clarity, and respect for your body. You’ll be offered grounded, body-based practices — accessible for all levels — that invite you back home to yourself. There is no pushing, performing, or proving. Only permission, curiosity, and supportive guidance.

❋ A Supportive Atmosphere

Imagine soft spaces, nourishing meals, warm light, and a community that feels safe to exhale in. This retreat is designed to hold you — gently. It is a place where you can arrive tired, unsure, emotional, excited, healing, growing — and still feel welcomed, seen, and cared for.

About Your Guide

Hi — I’m Megan.

I’ve spent the past decade supporting women through seasons of growth, transition, and motherhood — helping them return home to themselves through yoga, ritual, somatic work, and community.

What I love most is creating spaces that feel warm and deeply human — spaces where your nervous system can soften, your body is trusted, and you’re invited to move at your own pace.

This retreat is an extension of my own life practice:

slowing down, tending to what matters, listening inward, and remembering that we don’t have to hold everything alone.

My hope is that the experience doesn’t end when the weekend does.

That what we practice here — a softer pace, deeper breath, and space to listen inward — becomes something you can return to when life starts moving fast again.

A gentle reminder that you don’t have to rush through your life.

I’m so honored to host you.

With love,

Megan

Where WE’ll Be

Aerial view of a luxurious Mediterranean-style estate with white stucco walls, red tile roofs, and a large swimming pool surrounded by lounge chairs. The estate is set amidst lush green trees, palm trees, and rolling hills with vineyards and farmland in the background.

Thoughtfully crafted to elevate what matters most.

We’ll gather at a private hacienda tucked into the quiet hills of Corral de Tierra — surrounded by vineyards, oak trees, and open sky.

It feels peaceful here.

Soft mornings. Golden light. Evenings that stretch out slowly, where conversations linger and time moves differently.

Cozy corners for tea, sun-warmed patios for resting, and wide open views that invite your body to exhale. A pool, sauna, and hot tub are available if you feel called to soak and unwind.

This space holds us gently — so you don’t have to work so hard to “relax.”

Just arrive, and let your nervous system begin to settle.

Additional Lodging (Opens If/When Needed)

Our main retreat home — The Hacienda House — is where we’ll gather, eat, move, and spend most of our time together. We’ll fill rooms in the Hacienda first.

If the retreat fills and there is still interest, we may open a nearby second home — The Vineyard House — just a short walk away. It’s cozy, peaceful, and offers a little extra privacy, while you still participate fully in every meal, class, and circle.

The Vineyard House can comfortably sleep up to 6 additional guests.

Bedroom layout:

• Two bedrooms with queen beds (shared as an option)

• One bedroom with two twin beds

If additional lodging becomes available, we’ll place guests thoughtfully so everything still feels connected and easeful.

If you’d like to be considered for additional lodging, add your name below and I’ll be in touch if space opens.
