About Current Livestream Classes:

Spring Reset is a fitness based approach to yoga and appropriate for all bodies.

Class will include a somatic warm-up, breath-work, and strengthening exercises to support the mind/body connection. The last ten minutes are dedicated to slowing down and cultivating calm from within.

Megan encourages her students to explore and follow their curiosity.

Experience your body in different ways that will enable you to move and live well.

Prenatal Yoga: A class for expecting mother’s at any stage in pregnancy.

You will link yoga postures with breath and bring awareness to the body, mind, and spirit of both you and your baby.  This class will help strengthen the uterus and pelvic muscles, improve circulation, aid in digestion, exercise the spine, and increase overall comfort.

Yoga is an excellent way to prepare for the many transitions of pregnancy, childbirth and parenthood.

An important component of these prenatal yoga classes is connection. The first 10 minutes are held as space to create a safe, open community that will allow you to connect with other pregnant mamas and freely discuss any questions, issues or thoughts about pregnancy and birth.

What people are saying…

Prenatal yoga with Megan was life giving to me. She always seemed to give me EXACTLY what I needed—mind, body, and spirit with each session. I would feel centered, grounded, clear-minded, and nurtured all at once following each session. Her guided visualizations are beautiful and heart expanding, while helping you deepen your connection with your little love while in the womb. I’m so very grateful to have benefited from her virtual pre natal yoga and some private sessions throughout my pregnancy
— Rachael Mathiak
Megan is an amazing yoga teacher! Whether you’re new to yoga or more advanced, she makes it work for everyone. She also makes sure you get the most out of each lesson. I love her class and always leave feeling so refreshed and motivated
— Lauren Pace
I have been fortunate enough to participate in Megan’s REWILD class, and as I have mentioned after each session, it is exactly what I was hoping for; one I will return to again and again. From the moment we enter the private pebble forest, all the outside noise falls away, and I am filled with the sense of re-wilding, becoming free, or returning home. Megan leads us through meditation as we hike, inspiring inner moments of personal intentions, as well as outward expressions of sound, movement, and release, which further opens us up to our surroundings, senses, and selves. For me, each intentional step and breath makes me feel more alive! Megan leads us to a secluded sandy area to safely spread out, and practice yoga. Megan’s yoga courses are always enriching, so with our senses heightened and our ability to sink our bodies deeper into the Earth as we hold our yoga poses, it feels all the more sacred. As our practice winds down, I am so thankful Megan then leads us to an unbelievable meditation spot overlooking the ocean. We are again able to safely spread out, sit on provided blankets, and deepen in meditation, given Megan’s soothing encouragement and the sound of the crashing waves. While I wish we could stay in that space in the forest all day, I have noticed the mindset cultivated in this class, or the renewed, connected, and grounded self, stays with me for hours after REWILD!
— Jamie Gerber
Megan is a playful, wise and talented yoga teacher. If you have an opportunity to practice with Megan, you will feel energized, grounded and centered. Check out her schedule and make time for yourself. And adding to all, she is an amazing kids yoga teacher
— Marcia Mosley
One of the best qualities about Megan’s yoga classes are how warm and inviting she is. I instantly feel welcome and comfortable in her classes, which is a relief for newbies and seasoned yogis alike. Megan’s classes are also really fun, accessible, creatively sequenced, with a good focus on breath, intention setting, peak poses and good vibes all around. She holds space for a non-judgemental and empowering ‘moving meditation’ which is pretty much always what the doctor ordered.
Side note: Megan’s playlists are also really good; she could honestly take on a side hobby as a DJ if she wanted to!
— Olana Sullivan
Megan Cassamas is an exceptional instructor. She can relate to all audiences and command both groups and individuals with both authority and grace. There is a reason she has been named the county’s best teacher multiple times. We are lucky to have her as part of the Stevenson team
