Prenatal Yoga


In our prenatal yoga class, you will link yoga postures with breath and bring awareness to the body, mind, and spirit of both you and your baby.  

This class will help strengthen the uterus and pelvic muscles, improve circulation, aid in digestion, exercise the spine, and increase overall comfort.  A safe, open community allows you to connect with other pregnant mamas and freely discuss any issues.

Every Tuesday located at Om Studios in Monterey from 2-3pm

$15-$17 donation suggested
